- Did you enjoy the fun Farmers Market fat quarters that bloomed at QuiltEssentials a few months back? You’re sure to love the Fall Harvest with the newest Farmers Market fat quarters due out in October!
- EAA is just around the corner and we’re revving up our engines for the experience with a great new airplane motif fabric and 3 coordinating fabrics from Blank – too cute to miss!
- ‘Moonlit Poppies’ by Northcott is due in August and is a great fabric to use for the 4 Patch Posie pattern or in a stack ‘n whack design
- ‘Friends of a Feather’ from Spectrix is due in October. If you love birds, this fabric line is going to capture your heart! Two coordinating floral fabrics compliment the beautiful panel that features various birds.
- Due in June from Wisconsin designer, Debbie Fields (Granola Girl), is her exciting new flannel line entitled “Tracks Along The Trail”. There are 8 coordinating fabrics accompanying the scenic panel that features moose and bear. Another great outdoors collection from a favorite local!
- The 12 bolt ‘Floral Medley’ collection is due in July from Mill House. This line is one you’ll want to come in and see – its beauty defies description!
- We can never seem to get enough of those wonderful red birds – the Cardinal – so we are looking forward to an August delivery of ‘Home For the Holiday II’ from Marcus that has 2 fabrics featuring Cardinals and 3 coordinating pieces to nest them together!• You’re going to fall for this new Americana fabric line, 'Williamsburg’ from Windham due in September. The 7 fabrics are perfect for many a project but you’ll be certain to want to try them out in the new ‘Liberty Star’ pattern from This & That.
- Have you seen the three new notions? There’s a great Bobbin Ring (to keep those ‘rollie’ bobbins in place) with a Magnetic Pin Caddy in the middle; a new rotary blade sharpener; and a Magnetic Sew On Snap for purses or totes
- Are you a Kansas Troubles addict? Then start the count down to August when we’ll receive the newest release from Moda entitled “Wildflower Serenade”! This 40 bolt collection was inspired by a vintage crewel work panel and a circa 1850 quilt. It is described as a collection that is reminiscent of a walk into a rural vintage garden and “is saturated with rich jewel tones as bold as the petals themselves”. The colors include Wheat, Cornflower, Blue Bonnet, Crimson Clover, Moss, Good Earth and Midnight. We’ll be also receiving Charm Packs and Jelly Rolls of this collection.
- If you haven’t tried using Jelly Rolls yet, you’re going to want to grab one up from the ‘Cotton Blossoms’ collection from Moda. These earth tone fabrics include chocolate, autumn, dill, chestnut, parchment and wheat colorways. There’s a dot plaid, stripe, small floral blossom, vines, blossoms and more. Words can’t adequately describe the richness of this line!
- ‘Redbird In The Bowers’ by Kathy Schmitz for Moda is due in September. We’ll be getting charm packs of these rich earth hues of fawn, honey, robin’s egg, burnt red, and vine with 36 different fabrics. The motif is darling - the little country birds with their nests are set with great coordinates – irresistible!
- Barbara Brackman’s new ‘Civil War Crossings’ (1850-1880) from Moda will add some great choices to our reproduction fabrics. In September we’ll be receiving 6 great prints ranging in color from Ivory to Buff to Chocolate Brown.
- ‘Pine Creek Crossing’ by Holly Taylor for Moda is due in September. There’s a great This & That pattern designed for this line. You’ll actually feel as if you can detect the fresh scent of pine needles and hear the sound of the creek winding through the woods when you look at these fabrics. This line is both rural and traditional in its depiction of a woodland escape to peace and reflections with moose, bear, owls, fish, and pine cones and fall leaves.
- Whether it’s Starbucks, a favorite coffee shop or your kitchen table, the ‘Bistro’ fabrics by Deb Strain for Moda will conjure up a feeling of warmth and peacefulness. Great for a special table runner or any other endless possibilities!
